ORDERING INFORMATION Orders can be placed via our SECURE on-line store, telephone, snail-mail, and e-mail. We do not charge your credit card until your order has been shipped! (This does not apply to certain special orders and items that are drop shipped and PAYPAL.) Please use credit card, Paypal or mail order in. RETURN INFORMATION ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY THE DOLLHOUSE. PLEASE E-MAIL US FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION. If for any reason you are unhappy with any item from our on-line store, we will gladly accept it back in sellable condition within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Processing of your return will be delayed if you do not follow these directions. A re-stocking fee may be charged if after 30 days. Special orders and personalized items may not be returnable.
