SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES
Shipping to locations outside
of the United States will vary greatly.
After you place your order, the total shipping charges will be
calculated and we will e-mail you for approval. If the shipping
charges are not acceptable, you may add to your order or opt to cancel
your order.
Your credit card will not be charged for the merchandise or shipping
until you have accepted the charges.
Shipping charges outside of the USA are based on size and weight of the
package shipped. Generally speaking, it is better to place larger
orders if you are outside of the US so that you can offset the shipping
charges.

ORDERING INFORMATION
Orders can be placed via our SECURE on-line store,
telephone, snail-mail**, and e-mail*. We do not charge your credit
card until your order has been shipped! (This does not apply to certain
special orders and items that are drop shipped)* At the present time we
have disabled our fax ordering option. Please use credit card, Paypal* or mail
order in.
**When placing your order, if you would like to pay by PAYPAL*, check or
money order, place your order using our checkout, as you would if you were paying with a
credit card, choose "Fax Order In" in the "Payment Option" box on the
checkout page and click continue. You will then be given a page with a
fax sheet on it that you can print out and mail it to us at
PO BOX 1204 Southampton, Pa 18966 with your credit card information or you can mail a check
or money order with the fax sheet. We receive an e-mail letting us know
you have placed an order and that payment is on the way to us. We will
hold your order aside until we receive your payment. You will also
receive an automatic e-mail stating that we are waiting for your order,
ignore this email if you choose to send check or money order.
* Paypal
orders require 2 steps, place the order normally through our checkout
and choose "FAX ORDER" in the drop down box for the payment methods. You
can then log in to your Paypal account and send us the money (use
miniatures@thedollhousestore.com as
the "payee" name) for the total given at checkout. In the future
we will have a direct pay button to Paypal, though email payments from
Paypal will still be accepted.

If for any reason you are unhappy with any item from our on-line store,
we will gladly accept it back in sellable condition within 30 days for a
refund or exchange. Processing of your return will be delayed if you do
not follow these directions. A re-stocking fee may be charged if after
30 days. Special orders and personalized items may not be returnable.
Sorry, we cannot pay to ship orders back. Payment for shipping a return
